To comply with the Health and Safety at Work Act and Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations, an employer must have suitable arrangements in place for managing health and safety and ensure relevant Risk Assessments are undertaken and acted upon.

Duration
This is a one-day course.
Preparation
Delegates should bring along copies of any existing Policy Statements and Risk Assessments from their organisation.
To gain maximum benefit, delegates should also be prepared to discuss their approach to managing Health and Safety.
(To facilitate interaction, the course is normally run with between 6 and 12 delegates.)
Materials
Each delegate receives a Health and Safety manual, along with an example Risk Assessment form.
